Week One
Well the first week has gone by. I am now 288.4 lbs. So I have lost 2.6 lbs this week. I feel this is a great start since I ate out a few times this week and was not able to workout this week. What really helped out with the weight loss was subscribing to home chef and buying a juicer. Home Chef is a meal delivery service that sends me three 2-serving meals per week to my door for 59.70 and free shipping. What I like about this service over the others is its variety of different meals to fit your dietary needs. They also show nutritional information for each of their dishes. Their dishes make me fill fuller for longer amounts of times. Use my Referral link to get $30 dollars off your first week of meals. My favorite meal for this week was korean sesame and chile roasted mahi mahi with spinach salad.

Day One
Day one was somewhat good. Still getting use to eating breakfast. Felt like I was eating real food. For breakfast I had a mixture of different cereals that were whole wheat, low in sugar, high in fiber. I also had a banana and kiwi for breakfast. It kept me full through lunch. For lunch I had leftover garden vegetable pizza with no cheese and a side of kale salad. For a snack I had some organic healthy snack mix. For dinner I had a feta crusted salmon with a Greek salad. It was delicious. Hoping day two is as successful as day one.

Introduction
Hello,
This blog's purpose is to hold myself accountable for my transformation to a healthy lifestyle. Most of my life I have always been a large guy. I have not always struggled with my weight. I use to be very active in my childhood playing in team sports such as baseball, basketball, and golf. I then focused on my mind but neglected my body. It has taken me years to realize that the mind and body must go together. I have tried several diets over the years and none have worked for me. Over the years I have done research on different nutrient techniques. I started investigating how the society of America has become obese. My researched pointed me to fast food, subliminal advertising, busy work lifestyle, and processed foods. After knowing this I still decided to stick with my unhealthy lifestyle. My turning point was April 2015. This was the month I was to start my first job out of college. Instead, I was in the hospital and very septic with abscess. They said if I had not come in when I did I probably would have died. I was able to start work in May. I since devoted the next year to getting my work life straight. For my second year at my work I want to get my body straighten out. The good news is I now have the right information, the right kitchen tools, and I know how to cook. I just lost my spark to cook because of my busy lifestyle. I am currently 26 5"9' and weigh 291 lbs.
My Goals for the next 365 days:
